Our Trading Policy

Our Main Services

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. To pay by credit or debit card you must be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when payment is made. Please note that all calls are recorded for your, and our, protection.

The nature, duration, and cost of our services are agreed between you and the consultant. Unless agreed otherwise, the service starts immediately the order is placed and paid for. This means that you have reserved our consultant for the agreed period and we are unable to accept a cancellation or refund. Whilst we make every effort to achieve a satisfactory outcome for you, we cannot guarantee a result since very often a successful outcome depends on your cooperation, and upon the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us in respect of the work you have commissioned.

Our Premium Rate Telephone Services (for entertainment only)

Calls to our premium rate (09066 611 637) lines are charged at £1.50 per minute at all times (from BT landlines). You must be over 18 to use these services, and have the bill payer’s permission. All live calls to premium rate lines are recorded under PhonePayPlus (previously ICSTIS) regulations. Call costs from mobiles or other service providers may be higher. Acceptance of Terms
