Our Trading Policy

We are dedicated to giving our customers and clients total satisfaction. If there is any aspect of our service with which you are dissatisfied or which you feel could be improved, please let us know - You can send an email, write, or telephone us at the address below.

Our Main Services

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. To pay by credit or debit card you must be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when payment is made. Please note that all calls are recorded for your, and our, protection.

The nature, duration, and cost of our services are agreed between you and the consultant. Unless agreed otherwise, the service starts immediately the order is placed and paid for. This means that you have reserved our consultant for the agreed period and we are unable to accept a cancellation or refund. Whilst we make every effort to achieve a satisfactory outcome for you, we cannot guarantee a result since very often a successful outcome depends on your cooperation, and upon the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us in respect of the work you have commissioned.

Our Premium Rate Telephone Services (for entertainment only)

Calls to our premium rate (0906) lines are charged at £1.50 per minute at all times (from BT landlines). You must be over 18 to use these services, and have the bill payer’s permission. All live calls to premium rate lines are recorded under PhonePayPlus (previously ICSTIS) regulations. Call costs from mobiles or other service providers may be higher. Text Services

Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their service provider’s normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged £1.50 plus network charges to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis, an additional cost to the network’s standard text charge and the premium rate charges may apply. Users of this service receive an initial reply requesting their name and date of birth. You will only receive one reply for every text you send. We are legally required to answer every text sent in, so if you don’t want any further replies simply stop sending! Our Text Service is for information on Remote Viewing & Mind Scripting Services ONLY: it is not a psychic text service.

Acceptance of Terms
